Every other Excel template carries the dimensions to D365 via Publish. There should be no reason why this functionality cannot be resolved for the known Issue 790393 Customer and Vendor Payment Journal with bank as offset account - dimensions not defaulting on open in excel publish. Consistent performance should be part of the goals for a Microsoft platform. Users are spending countless hours updating lines after publish; non-value add wasted time.

Please consider this for an upcoming release. Our company cannot be the only one that is asking for this.
