Would be great to include a rating for each candidate to enable a large list of applicants to be reduced down based on the rating given.

Screening of candidates - applications are higly missing for our customers. And it could be great to run some screening analysis on the applications received for an open job, based on various criteria's which the candidate already enters when applying for an open job.
