Ability to allow users to adjust up or down by a specific quantity (not a counting journal with a new on hand). Used for scenarios where an item is damaged or perhaps pulled from stock to be given out as an in-store sample (food items).

It should allow for a reason code or mapping to the GL expense account. (i.e. waste expense, samples expense, expired use by date, damaged, etc.)
