- When we share a view with users.
- We choose the user(s) that we want to see the view
- We then need to click on each user and provide the access that we want them to get
- Wouldn’t it make sense for “Read” access to be defaulted as that is why someone is actually doing the sharing, at a minimum.
- Then if you needed to add other access rights, I get that you would need to do click on each user again.
- From my perspective, I default Read and Share access for all users, but I would see why people wouldn’t want to provide Share rights as a default.
- We believe Read access was the default in the previous versions of Dynamics and now it’s been removed.
