When AM data (functional location, asset, preventive maintenance plan etc) are changed.
The old and new values are registered in the system. This information is important for compliance, and for reliability analysis.
For instance, the frequency of preventive maintenance was decreased from once per 6 months, to once per 12 months. And 2 years later, a serious safety critical incident occurs. You need to investigate when the interval was changed, and by whom.
Simple solution would be to make the change records per data object, available for reporting. Reporting would then be built f.i. in Power BI.
