We have identified a serious issue with the help search in D365. When clicking the ? button in D365, and selecting Help, tabbing over to the Task guides, the search does not reveal expected results. If you type in "purchase orders" for example, many of the results, including the first two, do not contain any reference to purchase orders. This renders the search completely useless.

This user experience is very bad and makes the search for task guides virtually unusable. It is very frustrating for users. Please make this fix a top priority.
