We have a requirement in Retail POS, when cashier needs to void one or multiple items from the scanned item list, system allows to select the item and void it one by one, this is a time consuming process, if the number of items already scanned is very long. Hence, instead of selecting and voiding each item, we need an option to scan the particular item barcode and void that product as it will save the customer’s and cashier’s time. Void lines should be shown on Store and HQ database for loss prevention purpose.
