When a parent/child relationship is added at party level, the relationship can be seen in the Related information of the customer. If fact the relationship "Child of" or "Parent of" appears as a hyperlink; however, when the user clicks on the hyperlink, the user is diverted to the contact information of the current customer (not the parent or child).

The suggested idea is, if the user clicks on the "Child of" (or "Parent of") hyperlink, the user is directed to the relevant relationship (parent or child customer). Alternatively, if this is not possible, the user should be directed to the relationship setup in the party table in order to be able to navigate from there to the required parent/child.
