Did you ever think of how you would feel, when you are forced to use the a system language you are not very familiar with, because translation in native language is misleading and wrong at many places? Did you ever think that it may be annoying for the user when the American language layer is the only binding one and nobody really cares about other languages?
Translations should be done more carefully. Major errors should be corrected.

I have done some translation work for Microsoft and they do use quite a lot of time for getting things proper, but sometimes things fall through the cracks and the most frustrating part is when you need to translate a term and the text describing the topic seems clear. However when it makes it into the product it does not make ANY sense. I have some REALLY bad translations on my conscious and would likt to rektify it.
