Wish there is an option to easily identify a human resources employee behavior administrator role (for purpose of correction, improvements, discipline or for purpose to environment improvements)
Not featuring an employee behavior administrator user role, we may not be at 100% best decision making at point of layoff, terminations, discipline and legal actions.
