After very detailed and long discussion with Microsoft support engineers I have been told that "Incremental Push" for data is not applicable to all entities present in D365 Human resource. I came across such business case/need where we needed incremental data push as our only way out but unfortunately this is not available for all data entities. Currently it synchronizes inconsistent data for entities which have incomplete primary keys. This needs to be added/fixed ASAP as this feature is essential for data management.
