When a user creates a new Job Card, if they wish to also create a Job Dimension Value to match, they have to do this manually.
To automate this, you could add a "Job Dimension" to the "Jobs Setup", which defines the related dimension code to be used. And then when a new Job is created, the Job No. is copied into the Job Dimension as a new Value and the Job Description Copied into the Description of the Dimension Value.
Having the dimension value will help the user easily review General Ledger Entries based on the Job No.
