In UCI, when creating barchart, even when the bar value is zero, it is still showing with a minimum height.
In some cases, these bars show up causing confusion that there is data while actually it is not. The minimum height is sometime equal to the height of some bars with small value.
In classic interface, the bars with 0 value will not show up, it will be better if we have an option to not show up these bars in UCI bar charts.
