If a user creates a future position assignment while creating a new employee (fill out the position details on the Hire new worker form (HcmWorkerNewWorker) it should automatically marked as primary position.
Currently the system creates only the position assignment but does not mark it as primary (HcmWorkerPrimaryPosition is not populated). In order to mark it as primary the user must mark it intentionally manually as primary.

I would really appreciate if this process could be streamlined by marking the first position as primary, regardless the form used to create the position assignment.
