I'm not sure I selected the right product, my computer says it's prod/admin, but here's some feedback. When I'm adding a new opportunity to an account, it would be easier, if the account number would be on the left side. When I choose the right contact person, there can be many same names, so it would be easier to choose the right. The account number is hidden behind this box now, so I have to recheck and close the box for that. Then when I have selected to an opportunity a different contact person than the account contact person and another owner than me, the minute I create the opportunity and then click it open, the default settings have come back. Why is this? Then creating a new quote to the very same opportunity, I have to re-change the owner and contact person again - they have changed to the account's correspondences instead of the ones I just typed to opportunity. Can I change the setting somewhere, that quote's information would be the same as opportunity's? Then after activating the quote and creating an order (and starting to add new products?) the original owner/contact have again come back! I have to change the very same settings at least three times in order to submit an order with a different contact than account's and a different owner than myself. This is very annoying and frustrating, please advise me, if there's a solution to make it easier. Otherwise I hope you develop a more user friendly approach.
