When it comes to Multi-Select fields on any form it is not possible to trigger a Multi-Select field with a Business Rule or Workflow. The field is not available to select.

The workaround is working with code but speaking of Low-Code-No-Code it should be at least possible to show/hide a multi-select-field with a simple business rule.
