French PDF files containing accents or special characters are currently unable to be processed in Business Central, resulting in an "Invalid filename" error. As a result, neither the Agent nor the user is able to access or open the affected attachments.

Review and update the filename validation rules in Business Central to support UTF-8 or Unicode characters, allowing accented French characters to be accepted as valid.
