Often times we know (based on a copy of a quote, email, or phone conversation) exactly what our competitor quoted on a job that we lost, but other times we get rough directions like "you were 5-10% higher than another company". For market intelligence it would be nice to know when we are guessing what our competitor price was and when we know it. Right now we are treating them as the same which will hurt our ability to make business decisions off of.
