When sending multiple sales orders with a warehouse shipment, we get multiple posted sales shipments. These sales shipment documents can be printed and/of mailed to the customer.
We see this happening bij B2B Customers. There are having often more then one sales order. It is possible that the warehouse can delever men then one Sales order line from several outstanding sales order. When we want to email the packing note, then we can mail the posted sales shipments.
Our customer wants to mail one document with the complete shipment. When we post and print a warehouse shipment with the sales orders of one specifiek customer, then we are looking for an opportunity to print and/of e-mail the shipment in one document to the customer.
We are not able to select in the warehouse shipment in the document layout on the customer card.
