As a supporter it would be helpful to be able to view POS documents like x-report in PDF (or similar) from POS when doing remote support.
Today you have to ask the stores to take a picture and send it through on email. Very time consuming and difficult across different languages.
This could probably also be helpful in other scenarios where you are unable to access the printer

Maybe not even a PDF but just a flat file with correct template on the local storage. Some kind of log for printing.
