The current behavior for Withholding tax (WHT) is that the actual payment amount for vendor will be deducted with the withholding amount.

We need to address a specific requirement where the WHT amount will NOT automatically get deducted on the Invoice amount while WHT amount is still calculated correctly and charged to the Customer.

There are many users from who need this functionality as it's legally required in some countries such as Malaysia and Australia.
