It seems that emails are not being sent from our trial instance (dmrkt1009pv007.crm4.dynamics.com). I have tried the following:



- Sending a test email from a newly created Marketing Email. I have not received any emails. 



- I have created a Customer Journey based on a segment containing a number of contacts, using a Marketing Email. The customer journey is live and looking at the insights page on the customer journey I can see on the "Email Marketing" tile that three contacts are in state "Processing". But it seems to be stuck, and no emails are sent.
