Unified Attachment Viewer. One Place on an Entity (Tab) to view all Attachments for that record, including child activity attachments. e.g. on a case it would show all note attachments, emails related to the case attachments, portal comments relating to the case attachments etc. Just one place users can go to see all attachments - this could be part of timeline.
