Provide a message while loading the marketing form instead of blank page

When accessing the marketing form, the page take a long time eg 20s to load while a blank page is shown, users usually complaint the page does not work (normally they go away when see a blank page without the patients to wait 20s), is there a way to show a message in the screen while loading instead of a blank page?
