BC-CRM Native Integration "System of Truth"

Currently, there is no "system of truth" in place in BC-CRM native integration, with that being said, if a record is accidentally updated in both CRM and BC, the integration will simply skip this record and throw out an error saying there is a conflict.

we need this "system of truth" so the integration knows to use one system to override the other when there is a conflict.
