If an item has attached documents - image of the item, in case it is a BOM - a list of the materials, etc, when the item is chosen on a Purchase/Sales orders line and wanting to send email confirmation or invoice for the order, it would be of great use to be able to choose these images or documents by having them available in "Add attachments from source" when sending the email.


You can still add them manually from the local machine, which however when having hundreds of items could be quite time-consuming.

This actually worken in version 21.1, we implemented it and our customer went live with this functionality. Then in the build 21.3 and 21.4 it didn't work anymore. We registered this as an incident and it appeared it worked accidentally and we were invited to vote on this idea???


Please release this a.s.a.p. as standard functionality. The options on the item attachments give expectations that it should work as it worked in version 21.1.
