Project categories are currently unique per company. Assigning a project category from one company to an employee in a different company currently requires an ugly and very inefficient workaround: 1. In company A, find project category and select validation > assign resources 2. Select the company where the resource resides, then assign the resource(s) from that company who can use the category. This is a maintenance nightmare, and it is also a security issue because the resource manager would be required to have access to project category setup (which we don't want). What the system should allow is: 1. Open worker record and go to Project > Setup > Assign categories 2. Select legal entity that contains the project categories to assign [THIS IS WHAT IS CURRENTLY MISSING] 3. Assign categories to employee
