Currently, in the Appointment table in Sales Hub, the behavior is different between the Record List screen and the Detail screen, despite the same button name, as shown below.


■ ”Mark as Complete" button

· Details screen

> The pop-up will not be displayed and the event status will be “closed”.

· List screen

> The popup is “displayed” and the initial value on the popup is “closed”.


■ ”Cancel” button

· Details screen

> A popup will be “displayed” and the initial value on the popup will be “Cancel”.

· List screen

> A popup will be “displayed” and the initial value on the popup will be “Closed event”.


If the above behavior is unified, there will be no confusion for customers and the business will run more smoothly.
