When creating a new Form Template in the Marketing App, the page loads indefinitely until users select a Form Type. This is confusing to the user because the new Page Templates process doesn't work this way, and allows users to edit it without having to choose a type first. I understand that the functionality in the new Form Templates is this way because the azure processes need to be aligned according to the chosen template, but the page needs improvements in user experience to make it less confusing.
