Example: On the Lead form, the button qualify show 2 options. Qualify - opportunity and Qualified - Nurture. We would like the ability to remove the Qualified - nurture option. Or at least the ability to control what this option does. Right now it creates Account/Contact/Opportunity in nurture. We would like to just change the Lead to a nurture status and keep working it as a lead.
Our sales process does not require us to open an opportunity when a lead is set as nurture... we keep it a lead until a real opportunity is foreseen.
