Clients would like the ability to select Companies and Addresses based on company name and postcode directly within Marketing Forms. This functionality appears to be available in Customer Service and Finance & Operations, but is currently missing from CI-Journeys. At present, we have to rely on a technical developer to integrate this data from a third-party application. It would be much more effective to have a built-in option that allows postcode and company-based lookup, enabling users to autofill company and address details without manual entry. Ideally, this feature should be available as a configurable option for forms, making the experience smoother and more user-friendly, and without any dependency on a developer for each form.
