Hover Link Color' is used on all Views in classic view when you move over a row and is also being used for the Light Box button controls in the solution explorer. This is causing the text and background on the light box button controls to fade away which is not very user friendly.

A �light box� is when a �white pop-up modal dialog which greys-out the background�
