Scenario 1, using automatic email to lead setting:
1. A lead has been automatically created from an incoming email,
2. The lead record does not display any email under activities of the social pane.
3. When the lead record is qualified and becomes an opportunity, then it does reflect the email under activities of social pane.

Scenario 2, converting email to lead manually:
1. We go to Microsoft Dynamics CRM > Sales > Activities.
2. Open an email record and manually convert it to lead.
3. The lead record does reflect the associated email under activities of social pane.

Expectation:
When an email is converted to lead automatically, the same email must appear in social pane of the lead record.

This also happens when you just track an email against a lead and don't set it regarding (i.e. via tracking all emails to the correct record). We actually lost a customer because of this. It's just ludicrous that you can see the email in the related activities but not in the activity pane. Clicking on the "from" field takes you back to the lead, but it doesn't display in the actvities pane!
