We have on the Field Service Mobile App, these Controls on the Work Order-form for Work Order Products, Work Order Services and Work Order Service Tasks, which should make it easy for the technician to use Products, Services and Service Tasks on the Work Order just by checking it.


However, in some cases we will have multiple Work Order Incidents and Customer Assets on a Work Order. In these cases, we recommend the technician to work form the Work Order Incidents, which should make is easier for them to use the items, which is related to the Work Order Incidents, when working on the Customer Asset, which is related to the Work Order Incident.


The controls work perfectly when using the Products, Services and Service Tasks on the Work Order Incident just by checking it. So all good. But then I want to add new Products, Services and Service Tasks on the Work Order Incident, and it does not render the Work Order, Work Order Incident or Customer Asset as I would expect that it should do!!
