We are trying to generate a Marketing campaign, using a Word Document template generated out of Dynamics 365. We have Contact related to Account, Portfolio related to Account, and Properties related to Portfolio. We recently imported a batch of new Properties, and we have a field identifying those recently imported properties. We have a Word Template we need to use to send a letter to our target Contacts, showing their related Properties. But we need the option to filter by just the Properties we recently imported, not all the existing Properties. Right now there's no way to enable a filter within word template, so therefore, all related properties are being send.
