Path: General Ledger > Ledger settlements

Issue: When there are more than 80 selections to filter on the description field there is a message “Stack Trace: The operation you are performing generates a SQL statement that contains too many nested statements. Break the operation into multiple parts, and try again”. Since this reaches an SQL limitation the filters need to be divided in to smaller parts and executed

Steps:

• Go on Ledger settlements
• Select dates and click on "Display transactions"
• Filter on the general ledger 511800
• Data to be reconciled are identified thanks to a number indicated in the "description" field. Filter on the "description" column by selecting "is one of" and pasting numbers in the following format: *01341717*

Vision: the filtering limitation of 80 records impacts us each month. Indeed, it takes us 2 whole days to letter this account. This is really frustrating to spend so much time on a task with no value added. This limitation does not apply to the Invoice journal. Indeed, you can filter on hundreds of invoices.

We would be very grateful if you could extend this functionality on the Ledger settlements module.
