Mileage tier rates are setup based on the Mileage (Quantity) – so multiple rates are setup for the same Vehicle type under the Expense category for the Expense type - Mileage. Vehicle type drop down is blank when we first create these lines. Right click – No View details is available – hence no table available to setup the Vehicle types. User needs to enter the value manually.
There should be a master table/Form available to create the Vehicle types.
