We know that the admins can see the license type in Office 365.
But need to identify the users License type by non admin users in CRM.
If in Office 365 user is having Team member license then in CRM the license shows as Enterprise.
It shows same for all the user license whether it is Team member license users or any other user license (i.e Customer Engagement Plan License, Power Automate Free License).
Navigation:
Go to the instance-> Advance Find -> Need to select below criteria
Look For: Users
Windows Live ID - Equals - User Login Id
