Currently, Email Engagement feature only works for individual email. When Bulk emails are sent, the feature does not work. This is a shame because we pay for extra to avail Email engagement feature and it is quite limited at the moment. This would be great and efficient to know about Email, link status when you are sending bulk emails to clients.
