- The problem:

we are facing an issue with experience while dealing with E-commerce sites as when there is an order to be placed or item to be purchased and choose delivery as shipping instead of pick-up (depending on the business structure).

we aren't able to see or know an estimation of delivery like when the date for the delivery to take place in is going to be on the site itself e.g. Amazon order fulfillment.

and there is no integration between HQ and E-commerce to utilize ATP and CTP in E-commerce sites.

- The suggestion:

add a way to show in E-commerce site with the Estimated delivery time.

add a new feature to calculate estimated delivery time based in integrating e-commerce with ATP and CTP
