Existing budget lines should be updated when user modifies sales price group in project quotation header as the project quotation loses a lot of power when we cannot update prices via the price group.

Note that In sales quotations, the user can define if the system will update lines when information in different fields are changed in the header. (From Accounts receivable parameters/ Updates tab, clicking Update quotation lines) This feature should be great to have it for project quotations so that every company can setup how they want to update the lines.
