Hello Dawn, In the Sales Hub, we do still support MRU (Most Recently Used) items, but they now appear in the left navigation bar under each of the respective entities. Through user research we identified this as a way to improve the usability of the product. Is training the end user to look in a different place a viable option? If not, we would like to understand the pain point better. Thanks The Core Sales PM team
