Many of our customers user CRM with English as a base language. Still most of the mass emails are sent in some other language, mostly in Finnish. It would be nice, if you could customize the standard "Click here to unsubscribe" -link text. Probably good option also for English speaking customers?

Thanks a lot for writing to us. We need more details to understand the issue fully. While distributing Campaign, Quick Campaign and Mail Merge, MSCRM allows user to type in "unsubscribe" text. It does not automatically have "click here to unsubscribe" link text. Can you pls walk us through the situation when you are getting the hardcoded text for unsubscribe.

You can create custom unsubscribe link in Dynamics 365 for Marketing.
