Recently, we received LCS Announcement that there will be OS Security Patch Maintenance, and there will be system downtime.

We requested for re-scheduling of the Maintenance and this was accepted by Microsoft Engineering Team.

But during the process of our requested maintenance duration, we received no communication at all from LCS. We were kept in the dark, and not sure if the maintenance had actually taken place.

Later we realised that Maintenance had actually taken place as we requested, but there was no Announcement sent out from LCS, just because our timing was requested, and not based on the original schedule as announced by Microsoft LCS.

So we would like to request and to suggest to Microsoft, to have consistent announcement, even for re-scheduled maintenance timing, or any kind of system maintenance/patching/upgrade, that there is always announcement to be made to users, as per Notification Setting on the LCS Project.
