Show LinkedIn pictures of contacts on the Account Org Chart

Hi Dynamics Team,

As profile pictures of Contacts are populated from Sales Navigator to Dynamics CRM, why don't you show those pictures on the Account Org Chart? Representation of org chart with contact photos would be much better and informative.

This would be a quick win for you as a Product Team, and a great addition to an Org Chart.

Thank you so much for reaching out. This feature is already available today for org chart and works in conjunction with the LinkedIn Sales Navigator license. Please refer to:

We are also working on to revamp the org chart UX and the release is planned in Apr-May 2023 with the following capabilities:

  • Build the entire org chart via simple drag-drop action.
  • Leverage tags to quickly identify key players and decision-makers.
  • Capture notes directly from org charts on-the-go.
  • Access your org chart directly from the Contacts form as well

Almost 4 years passed and this feature doesn't work yet. New org chart is released. No photos from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Why?
