Test sends do not get delivered when a handlebar if statement is added into the body of the email.  They dissapear into the ether (been waiting 3 days).  I've tried multiple variations of this.  When I strip out the if statement, I recieve the test email.  The emails all validate.  When testing the email views in the preview feature, they all show correctly.  This is a critical piece of functionality.
