There is currently no way of syncing extra information pertaining to an order from Dynamics to BC. It's crucial that sales people are able to communicate order information to the ops team. Some off the cuff examples: "Don't ship until Tuesday", "Discount agreed by Keith", "Goods order to be placed on Blah Wholesale". At the moment additional information needs to be sent by email, which convolutes the process and leaves it prone to error.
