Added columns when using Column Options need to be included when Export to Excel is used

When adding columns to a grid view using the "Column Options" function, those additional columns should be included when the "Export to Excel" function is used.

This "Column Options" feature was recently released. Documentation does not mention whether or not you should expect the modified columns to Export, but I think most Users would expect it.
