Currently, the Credit Limit Workflow for sales invoices/orders is triggered when sending an approval request. This results in all users being forced to clik on Send Approval Request for every document, irrespective of the customer's credit limit is exceeded or not.
Other standard workflows (such as "Purchase Invoice Approval Workflow") are triggered when relasing the document. In that case, users only need to click on Send Approvaƶ Request when is actually necessary.
Thus, there is an inconsistency within the Workflow logic in general. Moreover, the credit limit workflow is not very user frienly, as it makes no sense to click on Send Approval Request all the time.
So, I want to raise this question to align the workflow logic -> Also the credit limit workflow should be triggered on document release.
