We would like to bypass required fields in the real time form builder.

Our business has many required fields to enforce our staff to enter critical information, e.g. 10+ required fields on a lead. Unfortunately, D365 Marketing Real Time forms enforce you to select all 'required fields' in the form, which in our case would be 10+ fields in a form, which realistically we may only need 4 or 5 fields, for example, to download a brochure, we may only need First Name, Last Name, Company Name Email address. It is not realistic for a marketing form to have 10+ fields, but for our staff internal requirements this is fine

Is there a work around or fix for this?
